Performance Creative Strategist (m/w/d)

About the Role
As Performance Creative Strategist at Arvana, you'll conceive and design high-performing ad creatives and landing pages for B2B clients across Google, Microsoft, Meta, and LinkedIn. You'll translate client positioning and offers into designs that drive measurable results—from initial hook and messaging through finished Figma designs—while owning the creative strategy for new campaigns and managing multiple clients in parallel.
What You'll Do
- Develop creative strategies and design ad creatives and landing pages backed by performance data (CTR, CPL, conversion rates).
- Translate B2B positioning and client offers into compelling visual designs in Figma.
- Participate in strategy meetings and collaborate with clients to refine creative direction.
- Conduct structured creative testing, including hypothesis development, variant design, and performance evaluation.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work at pace with clear output expectations.
- Gather and analyze performance feedback to iterate and improve creative effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- Portfolio demonstrating your own digital design work (ad creatives, landing pages, or web design).
- Proficiency in Figma or professional design tools; not template-based design.
- Proven experience designing performance creatives for paid social or paid search, with documented results (CTR, CPL, creative tests).
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to deliver independently at high pace.
- Understanding of B2B target audiences and ability to translate positioning into effective designs.
- Experience with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads creative design.
- Native-level German language skills.
- Ability to work 3 days per week in the Berlin office (full-time on-site during first month).
- Background in agency work, motion design, video editing, AI tools, copywriting, or Webflow is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
€45–65k annually, permanent position with 6-month probation period.
Location
Hybrid (3 days per week on-site), Berlin.
