Primary Functions


Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support and ensures that various administrative procedures are executed smoothly and efficiently.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer and redirect calls as necessary
  • Check in visitors
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls as required
  • Extract and format data from internal systems to Excel spreadsheet
  • Schedule Interviews and Appointments
  • All On Boarding Process of New Hires
  • Assist supervisor with any administrative tasks in a timely manner
  • Filing
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Creative thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers and contacts
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to function effectively in a team environment and handle all communication in a highly professional manner
  • Proven strength in analyzing data and generating relevant reports
  • Strong computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must), Particularly Excel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft, word, power point, excel, etc.
