Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy using developmentally appropriate, play-based intervention. Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain timely, accurate documentation. Partner with families through education, coaching, and regular communication to promote carryover beyond the therapy session. Collaborate with physicians, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to support each child's success. Contribute to a professional, collaborative, and positive clinic culture. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current Louisiana license or eligibility for licensure. CCC-SLP preferred; strong Clinical Fellowship candidates will be considered.
