Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health needs of clients, allowing for the development of tailored treatment plans that encompass their unique challenges and strengths.

  Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families. You will employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others to meet diverse mental health concerns.

  Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to ensure seamless, comprehensive care for all clients.

  Provide crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute distress or emergencies, utilizing your clinical expertise and empathy to guide them through challenging moments.

  Engage in community outreach efforts and educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and destigmatizing access to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse client base that includes individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

  An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required to practice within our organization.

  A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential for this role.
