Senior Analyst, Technical Business Solutions

Senior Business Analyst for Salesforce CRM supporting specialty group purchasing operations. Bridges business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, optimize processes, and deliver scalable CRM solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Gather, document, and validate business requirements with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and IT
Analyze CRM workflows, identify gaps and inefficiencies, recommend process improvements
Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams for development team
Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams throughout project lifecycle
Analyze CRM data to identify trends, measure solution impact, support data-driven decisions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years business analyst experience with 3+ years hands-on Salesforce CRM
Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud including case management and automation
Proficiency with requirements documentation tools like JIRA and Confluence
Demonstrated Agile/Scrum delivery environment experience
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, matrixed organization
