About the role: As an MPL Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end execution of complex project logistics solutions within Maersk Project Logistics (MPL). Reporting to the Regional MPL Operations Industrial Lead, you will act as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, ensuring safe, compliant, and on-time delivery across multi-modal transportation solutions. Demonstrated experience in project management within logistics or supply chain environments Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate matrix organizations Proven ability to manage complex, multi-modal logistics operations Effective communicator with a strong customer-focused mindset Analytical problem solver with the ability to manage risks and drive solutions Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field (preferred) Ability to collaborate across time zones; additional language skills such as Chinese are an advantage Travel expectations: 10-25% Salary: $94,000 - $105,000* *The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions, experience, and location. Final compensation will be discussed directly with the selected candidate(s) in compliance with all applicable laws.
