We provide the full spectrum of technology consulting services to help state and local agencies meet operational and program needs that enhance the lives of their user base.Services:* Strategy, Architecture, Planning, and Procurement* Business Enablement* Business Solutions* Project AssuranceAdministers proposal development and support through pre-RFP through post-award.**Duties and Responsibilities*** Administers proposal development and support through pre-RFP through post-award.* Coordinates the internal flow and review of proposal content.* Tracks all proposal responses.* Directs the production of final proposals.* Ensures that all proposals submitted are of the highest quality and are submitted in a timely manner.* Assists in maintaining the Proposal Center's database: categorizing, organizing, and maintaining different types of documentation and writings.* Performs other duties as assigned.* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and collaborative environment while producing high-quality work products.* Extreme attention to detail.* Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.* Ability to work with all levels of staff* Excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.* Ability to work effectively under pressure and within stringent deadlines.**Required Skills*** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.* 1+ year of professional experience in a communications-related field preferred. Experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other applications. Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Illustrator preferred.**Working Conditions*** Office Setting* Must be located in central or eastern time zoneThis position is hybrid with travel/onsite requirements.
