We’re looking for a passionate and driven Account Supervisor to join our collaborative team. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience in PR or marketing who thrives on crafting compelling narratives, managing dynamic campaigns, and building strong relationships with both clients and media. What You'll Do Collaborate with senior team members to develop and execute integrated communications strategies across PR, media relations, digital, social, events, and more. Be a true utility player on our team: we’re looking for someone that can take a leading role on some account, a supportive account management role on others, and be available to support projects behind-the-scenes when needed. Pitch stories and build strong relationships with media, influencers, and other key stakeholders. Create high-quality content including press releases, messaging frameworks, media lists, reports, and social copy. Support crisis and issues communications efforts when needed with precision, speed, and calm. Monitor media coverage and measure campaign success using best-in-class tools and metrics. Lead brainstorms, client campaign ideation, and team problem-solving with creativity and an entrepreneurial spirit. Stay informed on trends in media, communications, and culture to bring fresh thinking to our work. What Sets You Apart 5+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or integrated marketing Experience at a boutique or independent agency handling 6-8 accounts is strongly preferred, but if you’re an in-house all-star, we’re all ears! Strong writing and editing skills—you know how to tell a story, tailor a pitch, and make language work hard. Experience managing social media or digital campaigns and understanding how they integrate with traditional PR. Organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a positive attitude. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team structure. Skills / Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or marketing 5+ yearsof PR or marketing experience Passion for doing great work, top-tier team spirit, and excellence in client service a must Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite In-depth understanding of public relations, social media, crisis communication, and issues management Excellent written and verbal skills 3+ years of demonstrated media relations experience (writing pitches, pitching press, and securing coverage) Account management skills, including budget analysis, delegation, and client communications Positive and professional attitude and demeanor that lends itself to quality client service A committed team player with a dedicated work ethic Let’s taco’bout attention to detail. Strong ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to drive accounts, stay focused on client results, and think proactively Responsibilities This Account Supervisor will support the team on a number of high profile and dynamic accounts. This includes building and maintaining key client relationships and implementing multi-level communication programs. Core responsibilities include developing and editing many different types of written materials; performing proactive/reactive media outreach with local print, broadcast and online reporters; social media communication and website content; participating in meetings or other special events.
