Job Title: Remote Business Development Manager
Hourly Pay: $35 - $40/hour
Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with clients and strategic partners, and driving long-term growth for the company. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and creating value through strategic outreach and negotiation. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across relevant markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enter new markets and expand our customer base.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align business development initiatives.
- Track and report business development metrics and outcomes.
- Manage key accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and influence decision-makers.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and experience tracking pipeline activity.
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment and manages time effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
