Community Engagement Manager

A leading organization in the renewable energy sector is seeking a Manager of Community Engagement & External Affairs to support its growing portfolio of clean energy projects across the United States. This role sits within a broader communications function and works closely with development and operations teams to ensure strong stakeholder relationships and effective project communication strategies. Responsibilities Lead stakeholder engagement efforts across all project stages Build relationships with community leaders, officials, and partners Develop outreach materials and manage public-facing communications Coordinate community events and charitable initiatives Identify risks, address concerns, and support project messaging Manage external PR partners and ensure consistent communications Qualifications 5+ years in communications, public affairs, or stakeholder engagement (energy/infrastructure preferred) Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments Organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities Bachelor's degree preferred Willingness to travel (30-40%) #J-18808-Ljbffr LVI Associates
