Schedule 1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:00 PM What You'll Do Assemble and sub-assemble sailboat pulley systems and mechanical components Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks Inspect parts and finished assemblies for quality and accuracy Follow production schedules and work independently with minimal supervision Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines What We're Looking For 2+ years of assembly experience with a stable work history At least 1 year of blueprint reading experience Mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment Experience using hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and meet production goals Preferred Experience Mechanical Assembly Production Assembly Manufacturing Pulley Systems or Mechanical Components Machine Shop Environment Warehouse & Assembly Operations Why Join Us? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pewaukee, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
