We’re currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy high-quality meals prepared with care and precision. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Preparing food for service, such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or crafting delicious sauces.
• Cooking menu items in collaboration with the kitchen team to deliver meals that are timely and of the highest quality.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, managing leftover food, and stocking inventory appropriately.
• Ensuring all dishes meet nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Working professionally and positively with coworkers and customers to foster a great team environment.

We’re looking for someone who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the kitchen. Ideal candidates will have:

• At least 1 year of cooking experience, preferably as a line cook or prep cook.
• A solid understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
• Availability to work weekends, as this is a key time for our kitchen.
• Breakfast cooking experience (a definite plus!).
