Dialog Cafe WEST LA (inside Equinox gym) are looking for people to join our team who share the same core values, have a passion for cooking great food, are willing to learn new tasks, and can work in a fast-paced environment. Must have prior professional kitchen knowledge. This location is located at 1835 S Sepulveda Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90025. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DONT HAVE ANY PROFESSIONAL KITCHEN EXPERIENCE.
Essential functions:
CONSISTENT EXECUTION of all food items (correct temperatures, quality control, presentation)
Maintains good ticket times under pressure
Able to keep a clean workstation throughout the day. Restocking the line
Effective communication needed, TEAM ORIENTED individuals only
Adheres to all health and safety standards
Knowledge of local California ingredients highly preferred
Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities
Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
This position requires the ability to lift up to 30lbs
