Dialog Cafe WEST HOLLYWOOD is looking for a LINE COOK (no late nights) to join our team who share the same core values, have a passion for cooking great food, are willing to learn new tasks, and can work in a fast-paced environment. Must have prior professional kitchen knowledge. This location is located at 8766 Holloway Drive West Hollywood.
This position is for closing shift - Must be available from 1:30pm to 9:30pm
Essential functions:
- CONSISTENT EXECUTION of all food items (correct temperatures, quality control, presentation)
- Close stations in an efficient and timely manner
- Maintains good ticket times under pressure
- Effective communication needed, TEAM ORIENTED individuals only
- Adheres to all health and safety standards
- Knowledge of local California ingredients highly preferred
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
- This position requires the ability to lift up to 30lbs
