Sales Associate, Land.com - Northern California

This role is a Field Sales Associate for Land.com in a specific geographic territory. Role and Location Position: Field Sales Associate, Land.com Network (Land.com, Land and Farm, LandWatch) Location: Northern California (home-based); must be based near a major commercial airport to meet clients in person Responsibilities Develop deep expertise in Land.com products, pricing, and competitive offerings to differentiate value and win deals. Own and execute a territory business plan with clear revenue targets, driving growth from existing customers and new logo acquisition. Build, expand, and leverage relationships with clients through consultative selling. Drive customer retention with onboarding, training, and ongoing account optimization and servicing meetings. Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline by tracking activity metrics, forecasting monthly revenue, and meeting defined KPIs. Travel up to 40% overnight within the assigned territory. What Success Looks Like Become a known and trusted name in the territory. Consistently grow the territory and exceed targets through strong relationships and low client churn. Operate with independence, discipline, and accountability. Drive the region and meet clients face-to-face. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university. Track record of commitment to prior employers. 3+ years of successful sales experience managing a territory, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong history of providing outstanding customer service. Proven ability to develop new business relationships and manage an existing client base. Current and valid driver’s license; satisfactory driving record prior to start. Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CoPilot).
