Overview Thrive By 5 is a pediatric therapy agency providing services to children birth-5 years old. We are seeking a Speech‑Language Pathologist to provide Center Based Early Intervention services in a Developmental Toddler Group located in Syracuse, NY. This is a full‑time position, but part‑time can be considered. Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply. Responsibilities Provide Speech Therapy services to children within a toddler group setting in individual sessions. Contribute to the development and follow through of the IFSP. Establish and maintain parent communication and education to support carryover across settings. Collaborate with other service providers to support IFSP goals and objectives. Complete session notes and progress reports as required. Collaborate with center‑based team. Maintain the highest clinical and ethical standards in service provision. Qualifications M.A., or M.S. degree in Speech‑Language Pathology. NYS License in Speech Pathology (or CF eligible). Must demonstrate excellent written communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to collaborate with the clinical team and all related service providers on a caseload.
