What You'll Do

Provide high-quality patient care in a busy ICU environment
Effectively use the Nursing Process to assess, plan, and implement care
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Document patient care accurately in Epic software
Collaborate with team members to coordinate resources and improve outcomes
Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly
Contribute to a positive work environment and uphold patient safety standards

What You Need

Required:

Current RN license in Louisiana
Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
2+ years ICU experience with Epic documentation skills
BLS, ACLS, CPI certifications (current)

Preferred:

Certification in a clinical specialty area
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with healthcare-related software and tools
