This position’s primary place of work is located at our beautiful location in Fort Collins, Colorado, across from CSU and near Old Town. We help women build self-esteem, confidence, and resilience through a modern, tailored approach to therapy and counseling. About Therapy and Counseling for Women Colorado Women’s Center fosters a movement of women uplifting one another. We provide treatments for anxiety, work‑life balance, depression, relationships, attachment issues, trauma, self‑esteem, body image, social media addiction, couples counseling, and EMDR for clients of all ages. Qualifications Graduate‑level psychological counseling‑related degree Active license in the state of Colorado (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LPC, LMFT/MFTC, SWC, LSW, LPCC, or equivalent) Primary Responsibilities Provide counseling and therapy services to clients in person and online. Conduct consultations and assessments. Complete intake screenings for new clients. Write client notes and required documentation. Schedule client appointments. Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions. Maintain compliance with W2 employment and associated regulations.
