In this critical role, you will oversee a skilled workforce dedicated to producing high-quality precast concrete products, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and productivity in a fast-paced environment. With your expertise, you'll help drive growth, streamline processes, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 base salary

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Manufacturing leadership experience in a production or construction environment
• Proven ability to supervise hourly production employees
• Strong understanding of production scheduling tied directly to customer purchase orders
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding, industrial setting
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts and gantry cranes
• Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations
• Basic understanding of concrete manufacturing processes

Nice to Have Skills:

• Precast concrete experience
• Environment experience with job shop or made-to-order manufacturing
• Additional certifications in material handling or safety training

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing or heavy construction
• Experience with large load or gantry cranes and forklift operation

Other Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in conditions that include dust, noise, vibration, and outdoor exposure
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Employment is at-will and contingent upon background checks and onboarding requirements
