Website and SEO Manager

Salary Range: $90K - $105K/Year This position may be hybrid or fully remote. Preference will be given to candidates based in the Greater Boston area who are able to work a hybrid schedule; however, qualified remote candidates will be fully considered. We’re looking for an experienced digital manager with deep expertise in website performance, SEO, local search, and digital user experience. This individual has the confidence to independently own their area of responsibility, champion complex initiatives, drive agency and technology partners to deliver their best work and proactively identify opportunities others may miss. Highly organized and execution-focused, they effectively manage competing priorities, deliver high-quality work efficiently, and naturally look for ways to improve, automate, and scale existing processes while staying ahead of how search, AI, and digital experiences are evolving. The Website & SEO Manager owns the performance and continuous improvement of Cypress Health Partners' websites, search visibility, and digital user experience across its family of brands. With deep expertise in website performance, SEO, local search, and emerging AI-powered search experiences, this individual translates digital strategy into initiatives that make it easier for patients to find our brands, access the information they need, and take the next step toward care. Who We're Looking For: Working alongside the Director of Digital Marketing, this individual brings curiosity, initiative, and accountability to every project, with a natural instinct to question what could work better and the expertise to do something about it. They embrace a test-and-learn mindset, use data to guide decisions, adapt quickly based on results, and are energized by the rapidly evolving world of search, AI, and digital experience. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, this person independently drives complex projects forward, challenges vendors to deliver their best work, and continuously identifies opportunities to strengthen the digital experience and deliver measurable business results. Website Experience & Optimization Own the performance, user experience, accessibility, functionality, and continuous improvement of Cypress Health Partners' websites and location pages across all brands. Optimize landing pages, appointment pathways, calls-to-action, and digital user journeys to make it easier for patients to find information, access care, and take action. Identify opportunities and drive website enhancements from concept through implementation, partnering with internal stakeholders and external development teams to improve performance, remove barriers, and build more scalable digital experiences and processes. Find ways to streamline and/or automate the way we keep our individual clinic web pages and listings up to date and accurate. Search Visibility – SEO, Local & AI Search Own and continuously advance SEO, including technical and local search optimization, schema, Google Business Profile optimization, and other initiatives that strengthen visibility across all brands and clinic locations. Stay ahead of changes in traditional and AI-powered search, identifying and testing new approaches that improve how patients discover and engage with our brands. Monitor search performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and continuously improve rankings, visibility, traffic, engagement, and conversion. Vendor, Technology & Project Management Direct the work of website, SEO, local search, and technology partners by establishing clear priorities, timelines, deliverables, and performance expectations. Hold vendors accountable for timely execution, actionable recommendations, continuous improvement, and measurable results. Identify and evaluate new capabilities and technologies that improve performance, automate manual processes, and create more scalable workflows, while independently driving complex digital projects from recommendation through implementation. Analytics & Performance Optimization Use and advance the organization's executive marketing dashboard, digital analytics, and user behavior data to identify opportunities and translate performance trends into actionable priorities. Measure the impact of website and search initiatives, using a test-and-learn approach to evaluate new ideas, refine execution, and pivot quickly based on results. Continuously improve reporting and data visibility in partnership with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring insights lead to tangible action. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Marketing, Operations, Clinical Leadership, Information Technology, and other stakeholders to ensure digital experiences support patient needs and organizational priorities. Support clinic openings, acquisitions, and organizational initiatives through website, location page, search, and related digital execution. Serve as the organization's subject matter expert for website experience and search, proactively bringing forward opportunities, recommendations, and solutions that strengthen digital performance.
