Interventional Pain Management Physician/Physiatrist

Currently seeking a third Interventional Pain Management Physician/Physiatrist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive pain management services, including the diagnosis and treatment of various musculoskeletal and spine pain conditions, with a strong emphasis on interventional procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal, neurological and spinal disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including physical therapy, acupuncture, and injections.
• Interventional procedures include Cervical/Thoracic/Lumbar Epidural injections, Medial branch blocks, RFA, Spinal Cord Stimulator Trials, Percutaneous discectomy, SI Joint injections, etc.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
• Fellowship in Pain Management
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Locations: New Hyde Park, Long Island. Richmond Hill, Queens.
• The physician will be required to rotate between the locations throughout the week.
• Prefer a candidate willing to work on an aggressive productivity model with potential to make $800+K.
