Reporting Analyst

Responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise manufacturing reporting, dashboards, and KPI scorecards across all plants. This role transforms ERP and operational data into actionable insights for Plant Managers, Directors of Operations, and leadership teams. The position owns KPI standardization, reporting automation, cross-plant performance analysis, and executive reporting.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain manufacturing dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting.Standardize metric definitions and reporting processes across all plants.Analyze operational performance, including delivery, efficiency, labor, cost, backlog, and sales metrics.Consolidate data from ERP and other business systems into meaningful reports and insights.Partner with plant teams, Directors of Operations, Finance, and IT to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Validate reporting accuracy and work with Data Stewards to resolve data quality issues.Drive reporting automation and continuous improvement of analytics capabilities.Primary FocusReporting & DashboardsKPI GovernancePerformance AnalysisCross-Plant BenchmarkingExecutive ReportingData-Driven Decision SupportWe are the forefront leader in non-residential air distribution products across North America.
