Real Estate Analyst

We are working with a market leading M&A insurance brokerage seeking a Real Estate insurance analyst in New York. It is entering an exciting period of exponential growth. About the role: As an analyst in the broking team on transactional insurance deals, you will handle a variety of workstreams in a fast‑paced and highly collaborative environment. The role will be very hands‑on and provide in-depth exposure to M&A and corporate transactions. This role is based in New York with remote‑working flexibility. Occasional domestic and international travel may be required. Responsibilities include: Analyzing M&A documents, including financial statements and purchase agreements Assisting with drafting insurance quotes, binders, and policies Directly supporting senior brokers on live M&A deals Managing a consistent pipeline of M&A deal flow by updating the team with M&A deal statistics, reviewing/executing NDAs, and utilizing the team’s IT/operating systems to ensure smooth administration of M&A deals Engaging and communicating with insurance underwriters, lawyers, and investment managers Attending industry events, networking opportunities and team outings About you: Real Estate background is desirable Strong analytical abilities Team-oriented mindset Self-starters who are intellectually curious Have the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
