Conduct thorough evaluations of patients across pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics utilizing a combination of standardized assessments and observational methods.

Craft individualized treatment plans that target both immediate and overarching communication or swallowing goals.

Deliver focused, one-on-one speech therapy interventions aimed at enhancing communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing functions.

Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team comprising physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and family members to develop harmonized care strategies.

Provide essential education and resources to patients and families to bolster their progress during non-clinical hours.

Assist in occasional inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions, ensuring a smooth continuum of care throughout the treatment process.

Keep comprehensive and prompt documentation that adheres to regulatory standards set by local, state, and national guidelines.

Engage in ongoing professional development and peer interactions to remain at the forefront of industry advancements.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is necessary if ASHA certification is not yet obtained.

Possession of state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

The Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of commencing employment.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment methodologies appropriate for all age groups, encompassing a thorough understanding of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
