Job Title: Director Patient Care Location: Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, 201 Lyons Avenue, Newark, NJ 07112-2027 Department: Pediatrics Unit Status: Full-Time Salaried Shift: Day Pay Range: $159,279.55 - $215,027.39 per year Pay Transparency The above reflects the anticipated annual salary range for this position if hired in New Jersey. Compensation will depend on education, skills, and experience. Job Overview The Director of Patient Care is responsible for assisting the Patient Care Service Executive Council in defining, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating the philosophy and objectives for their designated areas to ensure the optimal delivery of care and services to all patients in an environment that promotes professional development and continues to assure financial viability. The primary goal is the delivery of competent, efficient and cost-effective care.
