The General Sales Manager (GSM) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dealership's New and Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Departments. This leadership position develops and excutes sales strategies, drives revenue and profitability, manages inventory, coaches department leaders, and ensures an exceptional guest experience. The GSM partners with executive leadership to achieve dealership objectives while maintaining compliance with manufacturer standards, company policies and applicable laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr
