Operations Analyst

Partnering with surgical units, the full-time Operations Analyst in Supply Chain Operations will deliver data-driven insights, conduct statistical analyses, and support operational improvements within a hybrid work environment at the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. Key responsibilities Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and evaluation of operational unit services and performance Assist in the development of operational plans, procedures, and systems, providing recommendations for improvement Collaborate with clinical and administrative caregivers to drive standardization and efficient workflows in the perioperative environment Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field with two years of experience in applied statistics and financial analysis, or an Associate's degree with four years of experience Demonstrated knowledge of applied statistics and financial analysis with a quantitative focus Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods Experience in an operations background is preferred Analytical mindset
