Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patients' conditions, treatments, and progress; report changes or concerns promptly to the appropriate team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to facility policies and protocols.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote overall wellness.
• Direct and teach clinical support staff (LPNs and Medical Assistants) in the performance of delegated acts in support of the therapeutic plan of care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the New Hampshire Board of Nursing
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
• Prior nursing experience required; new graduates will not be considered at this time.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment.
• Candidates must be in the process of relocating to New Hampshire; serious inquiries only.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Medical-Surgical or similar acute care setting.
• Familiarity with gastroenterological or surgical patient populations.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in a clinical environment.
