Role Description The Accounts Receivable Clerk is a full-time, on-site role based at PWC’s headquarters in Portland, OR. This position is responsible for processing customer invoices, applying payments, and maintaining accurate accounts receivable records. Day-to-day tasks include reconciling customer accounts, researching and resolving payment discrepancies, preparing statements, and following up on past-due balances in a professional manner. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and customers to ensure timely collections, supporting month-end closing activities, and adhering to company policies and procedures. The Accounts Receivable Clerk contributes to the overall financial health of the organization by helping keep cash flow and customer accounts current. Qualifications Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with practical experience in accounts receivable processes and invoicing. Demonstrated Analytical Skills to review account balances, identify discrepancies, and reconcile complex transactions. Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with customers and internal stakeholders. Proficiency with accounting or ERP software, and solid skills in spreadsheet and office productivity tools. High attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and deadlines. Ability to work on-site full time in Portland, OR, collaborating with finance and operations teams. Prior experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or a related accounting support role preferred.
