Retail Sales Manager – Sterling & Stone Jewelry We’re looking for a driven Retail Sales Manager to lead our in‑store team and elevate the customer experience. If you’re passionate about jewelry, sales leadership, and creating a high‑end shopping environment, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail sales associates Deliver an exceptional customer experience with product expertise and personalized service Oversee daily store operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management Track sales performance and implement strategies to achieve store targets Maintain strong product knowledge—especially across sterling silver and gemstone collections Ensure store standards reflect the Sterling & Stone brand at all times What We’re Looking For Proven experience in retail management (jewelry or luxury goods a plus) Strong leadership and communication skills A passion for sales, customer service, and team development Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable with fast‑paced environments Ability to create a positive, motivating, and sales‑focused culture If you’re ready to take the next step in your retail career, we’d love to hear from you.
