The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years demonstrated experience selling IT services to retail customers. Responsibilities Individual contributor selling our IT Service offerings to retail customers and responsible for generating new business in retail markets Sell our expertise in Oracle Xstore, JDA, Manhattan, Demandware, ATG, and other areas such as Testing Services, Business Intelligence, and Analytics in the retail space Bring in new logos along OmniChannel, Strategic Store Solutions, Merchandise Operations, Retail Supply Chain, Predictive Analytics, Retail Test Automation, and Digital Services lines Build strong retail product alliances (e.g., Xstore, Demandware, JDA) with sales reps Leverage strong industry connections in the retail space Work with onsite/offshore sales model for retail sales Understand retail services offerings and competitive issues Drive services growth by winning new accounts with services-led sales Develop in-depth knowledge of IT retail services, products, and technologies, competitors, and industry trends Build own pipeline through demand generation and targeted campaigns to retail customers Identify, forecast, and pursue services opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle, from opportunity creation to close Account for services revenue and profit goals for the West Coast, USA region Build business by identifying prospects and maintaining relationships with clients Manage and close retail sales opportunities through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning Demonstrate proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with a track record of successful revenue attainment Coordinate involvement of company resources (delivery, support functions, and management team) to meet sales performance objectives and customer expectations Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information Skills Ability to win retail implementation projects, particularly POS (Xstore), ATG/Demandware e-commerce, selling m-commerce, and WMS (Manhattan or JDA) Accountabilities and Performance Measures Achieve assigned targets in the designated geography/services Meet assigned expectations for profitability Be willing to travel Achieve strategic customer objectives defined by company management Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings meeting company standards Qualifications Build strong retail product alliances (Xstore, Demandware, JDA) with sales reps Strong industry connections in the retail space Experience with onsite/offshore sales models for retail sales Understand retail services offerings and competitive issues Drive services growth by winning new accounts with services-led sales Develop in-depth knowledge of IT retail services, products, technologies, competitors, and industry trends Build own pipeline through demand generation and targeted campaigns to retail customers All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr Aspire Systems
