I opened my agency in 2024 after spending five and a half years working with State Farm. Before that, I worked in banking at Wells Fargo, which helped shape my approach to customer service, financial conversations, and relationship building. Today, our team includes five members and we’re focused on continuing to grow together. Our culture is built around positivity, motivation, and personal drive. We aim to create a fun atmosphere where people feel supported, as long as the work is getting done and goals are being met. We’re looking for team members who are hungry, self-motivated, and excited about earning strong income while growing their careers. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Yaavar Rahman - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
