In this role, you will be contributing directly to their staff goals and overall job. As a valued member of our interdisciplinary team, you'll provide continuous care, interaction, and positive role modeling to staff. If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact in behavioral healthcare, we want to hear from you!Provide daily staffing of RN’s, LVN’s and MHT’sProcess PTO requests and ensure coverage for employees taking PTO.Screen resumes and set up interviews of nursing candidates for CNO.Process call ins/absences and ensure coverage.Ensure training/orientation of nursing staff is current.Produce daily staffing sheets and store past daily sheets.Prepare daily staffing FTE report for CEO, CFO, and CNO.Review time sheets daily and make corrections as needed for Payroll.Review staffing with CNO to ensure adherence to staffing grid and safety.Provide monthly “temporary agency” usage reports to CFO.Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:Education/Experience: Preferably a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in hospital business office and/or human resources, preferably in a health care setting; or any combination of education, training or experience in a hospital business office.Additional Requirements: Ability to work occasional overtime and flexible hours as requested.Your Care Matters What we provide for our team:401(k) + matchingPaid time offPaid HolidaysEmployee engagement eventsEmployee assistance programEmployee recognition programFree parkingDisclaimer: Select benefits are available to full-time positions only.
