We are seeking for a Treatment Coordinator for our office who is a multitasker, dependable, well spoken individual who shows initiative when needed and is organized.
Responsibilities :- Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups.
- Ability to understand dental insurance plans
- Manage patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Communicate treatment options and financial information to patients.
- Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to patients.
- Operate phone systems and manage front desk duties
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for patient service.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Compensation will be based on experience.
