GTM Operations Manager

Driving efficiency and data integrity, the full-time remote GTM Operations Manager will optimize systems, processes, and analytics for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of go-to-market campaigns. Key responsibilities Manage the GTM technology stack and implement tools for marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and reporting systems Develop and optimize GTM workflows and processes to enhance cross-functional team efficiency Monitor and analyze GTM performance metrics to provide actionable insights across the revenue funnel Required qualifications BS degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or 5+ years of equivalent industry experience in B2B SaaS Experience with GTM systems such as sales engagement platforms, data enrichment, and web analytics tools Strong organizational agility and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration in a multi-functional team Ability to summarize and present technical concepts to non-technical audiences Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
