Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the social, emotional, and environmental challenges faced by clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their situations.

• Develop individualized service plans, incorporating specific goals, interventions, and methods for monitoring progress to meet clients' unique needs.

• Provide empathetic counseling and support to individuals and families, helping them navigate complex issues such as mental health disorders, family conflicts, and significant life transitions.

• Collaborate with clients to craft personalized service plans, integrating resources from our agency as well as the broader community to facilitate their journey towards stability.

• Deliver crisis intervention when necessary, performing risk assessments and safety planning to protect clients during critical moments.

• Establish strong partnerships with local agencies and organizations to coordinate service delivery and advocate effectively on behalf of clients.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness regarding the services offered by Harmony Haven, with the aim of reaching more individuals in need.

• Participate actively in case conferences, team meetings, and staff training workshops to foster continuous improvement and teamwork.

You will be working with a diverse population, including individuals and families experiencing challenges related to homelessness, domestic violence, substance abuse, mental health issues, and poverty. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
