Financial Controller, Deal Desk and Technical Accounting, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA). 14 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 10 years with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance. Experience in revenue recognition (ASC 606) and US GAAP, specifically revenue recognition principles and their application within the technology industry. Experience building, developing, or leading a team. Preferred qualifications: Experienced revenue recognition professional with in-depth understanding of US GAAP, specifically revenue recognition principles and their application within the technology industry. Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering individual growth through effective coaching and mentorship. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex accounting information clearly and concisely to senior management and cross-functional partners.
