Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to a caseload of clients struggling with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders through virtual sessions.

• Exhibit respect and cultural competence when interacting with clients of diverse backgrounds, traditions, and beliefs.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments, including evidence-based screenings and evaluations to inform treatment decisions.

• Implement care plans that integrate prevention, treatment, and recovery services tailored to individual clients’ needs.

• Assist clients during crises by providing timely interventions and emotional support, using best practices in crisis management.

• Ensure clients’ therapeutic goals are met through regular monitoring of their progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain accurate documentation, timely report submissions, and adherence to all organizational protocols.

• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed to support clients outside normal working hours.

• Contribute to agency improvement initiatives by participating in committees focused on service delivery and quality enhancement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve clients suffering from various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. You will focus on underserved populations, providing necessary support for their mental well-being and using your clinical skills to foster empowerment and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field is required.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.

• Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention techniques relevant to diverse client groups.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored for effective client interaction and collaboration with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
