Loan Processing Administrative AssistantPerforms administrative and coordination functions for Loan Processing, and also performs the following duties:Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following, other duties may be assigned.Loan payment processingAdvance processingImaging loan documentsQuote loan payoffsPerform all other duties as required and assignedQualifications: Qualified candidates must be proficient in the use of Excel and Word, be organized, and be able to stay focused in a busy office environment. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be able to work independently and with attention to detail.Education/Certification: Two (3) years of banking experience is preferred.Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Accounting software; Email; Internet software; and Database software.
