Job Summary Join a global medical technology leader advancing healthcare and robotics innovation. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will partner directly with hiring teams to source, attract, and hire top-tier technical talent. This hybrid position plays a critical role in supporting cutting-edge MedTech initiatives. Location Canadian, Texas Job Type Contract Salary $34.20 - 39.20 per hour Work Hours 9am to 5pm Education Bachelors Responsibilities Drive full life-cycle recruiting for specialized, highly technical roles and leadership positions. Partner consultatively with hiring managers to define job needs and formulate sourcing strategies. Leverage market insights to advise teams on talent landscapes and candidate availability. Manage candidate communications, interviews, and offer negotiations to deliver exceptional experiences. Qualifications Required Qualifications 6+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience. 3+ years dedicated to sourcing and hiring technical positions. Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills. Willingness to work onsite in Austin, TX 1 day per week. Preferred Qualifications Prior recruiting experience within MedTech, robotics, or medical device sectors. Track record of hiring senior individual contributors through Director-level roles. Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems and talent sourcing tools.
