We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Missoula, Montana. In this vital role, you will contribute to our mission by providing high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing orthopaedic intervention. Your expertise will ensure the safety and comfort of our patients throughout their treatment journey.
*Responsibilities*

* Assess and monitor patient health status before, during, and after procedures.
* Serving as a liaison between patients and providers, to support optimal patient care.
* Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment options and recovery processes.
* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Ensure a safe and sterile environment in the medical office.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
* Stay current with best practices in nursing care and orthopaedics.

*Qualifications*

* Valid RN license in the state of Montana.
* Proven experience in a medical office or hospital setting, preferably in orthopaedics or critical care.
* Strong knowledge of nursing practices, medication administration, and patient assessment.
* Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
