Essential Duties and Responsibilities to which competency will be measured include the following:

• Manages the process from initial order entry and technical review in ERP systems through to production, delivery, and final invoicing.
• Review incoming project order quotes for technical accuracy; translate customer requirements into an actionable response through interaction and inputs from Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics and Engineering using ERP system information on availability and capacity.
• Align customer quotation requests and awarded project sales order requirements with Procurement, Manufacturing and Logistics.
• Create and maintain a quote log to record all project quote information and monitor production, manufacturing and procurement commitments and capacity.
• Monitor production milestones daily. Proactively identify bottlenecks or material shortages and coordinate with the Production Planner to adjust schedules.
• Process engineering changes or customer-driven modifications, ensuring cost impacts and lead-time adjustments are documented and communicated.
• Act as the single point of contact for key project quotes and sales orders, providing transparent status updates and managing expectations regarding delivery dates.
• Coordinate final inspections, packaging, and shipping logistics to ensure a seamless hand-off to the customer.

Supervisory Responsibilities - This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Additional Requirements To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following requirements and competencies:

Soft Skills - Exceptional organizational, problem-solving and communication skills are mandatory for handling competing deadlines and cross-departmental coordination.

Systems - SAP/MRP experience preferred, high proficiency in MRP, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel.

Technical Literacy - Ability to read Bills of Materials (BOMs), and technical specifications.

Communication - Exceptional verbal and written skills.

Travel - As needed between in-state company owned facilities.

Qualifications - 23 years in customer project order management, project coordination, or inside sales within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Education and/or Experience - High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred associate's degree or 2-3 years of relevant experience in order management, customer service, logistics, or operations.
