What You'll Do Answer incoming customer calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries Schedule service, installation, and consultation appointments Help customers understand their service needs and determine the appropriate next step Review customer history and equipment information Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM Follow up with customers and leads to make sure nothing falls through the cracks Assist with customer concerns and help provide thoughtful solutions Coordinate with technicians, sales consultants, and the operations team Help maintain an organized and efficient daily schedule Identify opportunities to turn customer inquiries into booked appointments Support team goals and contribute ideas for improving the customer experience Learn and develop expertise in our systems, processes, and customer communication standards Look for ways to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team performance Grow into expanded responsibilities based on your strengths, initiative, and performance Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Are naturally friendly and comfortable talking with customers Communicate clearly and professionally Are organized and detail-oriented Are dependable and follow through on what you say you’ll do Take feedback well and use it to improve Stay calm and professional in difficult situations Can think through problems instead of immediately passing them along Enjoy working as part of a team Are comfortable learning new technology and software Take initiative and look for ways to improve Are motivated by goals and enjoy seeing measurable progress Are curious, coachable, and eager to keep developing your skills Want to build a long-term career and grow into a larger role within a successful team Are interested in contributing to coaching, training, quality review, or team leadership Customer service, scheduling, dispatching, inside sales, or home-service experience is a plus, but not required.
