responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:

• Implements, modifies, tests and administers complex business systems and applications.
• Troubleshoots and resolves issues (both user reported and vendor reported)
• Helps manage service incidents and requests
• Serves as a subject matter expert for Epic technical configuration and integrations.
• Conducts analysis of business and users needs to provide appropriate systems solutions.
• Lead meetings and direct team problem solving sessions.
• Manages medium and large projects.
• Supports maintenance and operations of Epic Ambulatory applications including service requests and tickets
• Be the point of contact for technical questions or issues related to Epic applications
• Communicates internally and externally and with all levels of employees including senior management.
• Collaborates with team members and teams from other capability sub-domains to problem solve or manage projects
• Manages multiple projects with varying timeframes
