Whip Around seeks an experienced HR leader to own the U.S. HR infrastructure—from payroll and systems to policies and controls. This remote role reports to the CFO and aims to build a scalable operating model for a 70-person international organization with New Zealand partners. Within 6–12 months, transition US HR from contractors, implement in-house processes, lead HRIS selection, optimize Deel payroll, and strengthen compliance and reporting across the employee lifecycle. #J-18808-Ljbffr Whip Around
