Join a Growing Maternal-Fetal Medicine Practice

Bon Secours is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Maternal-Fetal Medicine Physician to join our expanding Women's & Children's program in Richmond, Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established, consultative Maternal-Fetal Medicine practice with strong referral relationships, robust clinical support, and a collaborative multidisciplinary care environment.

This primarily outpatient position offers an exceptional work-life balance, a manageable call schedule, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive care for high-risk pregnancies while working alongside experienced OB/GYN physicians, neonatologists, and pediatric specialists.

Position Highlights

• Monday Friday schedule (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
• Primarily outpatient practice with inpatient consultation responsibilities
• Average patient volume of approximately 20 patients per day
• Established referral network and existing patient panel
• Consultative call schedule of 1:2 with minimal after-hours responsibilities
• Practice locations at St. Mary's Hospital and St. Francis Medical Center
• Opportunity to join a growing Women's & Children's service line with leadership potential

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and management for high-risk pregnancies
• Perform advanced fetal imaging and ultrasound interpretation
• Conduct procedures including amniocentesis and cervical cerclage placement
• Collaborate closely with OB/GYN physicians, NICU teams, neonatologists, genetic counselors, and other specialists
• Deliver evidence-based maternal and fetal care while supporting optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• Eligible for Virginia medical licensure
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
