This on-site contract position provides a unique opportunity to work within a reputable medical practice focused on maternal and fetal health.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-tier care to patients, conducting thorough assessments, and developing treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to high-quality maternal health outcomes while navigating complex cases within a supportive environment.

 

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive maternal-fetal evaluations and consultations
• Manage complex pregnancies and coordinate patient care
• Perform diagnostic procedures and develop tailored treatment plans
• Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients about maternal health and fetal development
• Stay current with advancements in maternal fetal medicine
• Participate in departmental meetings and quality improvement initiatives
• Document patient records accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements

• MD or DO degree with a specialization in Maternal Fetal Medicine
• Board certification or eligibility in Maternal Fetal Medicine
• 2+ years of clinical experience in a relevant setting
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to manage high-risk pregnancies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
• Commitment to patient care and continuous medical education
• Valid state medical license and DEA license

Flexible Schedule: Weekdays, 8/9a-5p

Weeknight and weekend call shifts available

Setting: Inpatient and outpatient

Level III NICU

Inpatient Volume: 2-4 admitted antepartum patients per day + consults

Outpatient Volume: 5-10 office visits per day + OB and GYN scans

Annual Deliveries: ~3,500

Strong clinical support

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified
