Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Remote Pharmacist – Contract to Hire

We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a fully remote contract-to-hire opportunity supporting both mail order and retail pharmacy services. This position is focused on clinical prescription review, patient counseling, and ensuring safe and effective medication use.

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide medication counseling and education to patients over the phone.
• Answer questions regarding new prescriptions, refills, side effects, adherence, and proper medication use.
• Perform clinical verification of new and refill prescriptions.
• Evaluate prescriptions for appropriate dosing, therapeutic appropriateness, drug interactions, contraindications, and potential safety concerns.
• Communicate with patients and healthcare providers as needed to resolve prescription-related questions.
• Maintain accurate documentation while following pharmacy policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Idaho Pharmacist license, or willingness to obtain Idaho licensure.
• Strong communication and patient counseling skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Mail order and retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
