Description:
Our client is currently seeking an Estate Planning Paralegal to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in the development and execution of the client’s estate plan.
- Establish and maintain a clear line of communication with clients.
- Obtain, organize, and maintain both physical and digital files.
- Draft, review, edit, and distribute case related documents.
- Act as witness for document signing.
- Translate attorney notes into comprehensive documents.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendar.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Estate Planning Paralegal or a Legal Assistant is required.
- An associates degree or a paralegal certificate would be preferred.
- A strong understanding of real estate transfers and estate planning documentation.
- Ability to manage and meet numerous deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
