• Manage scheduled clinical hours along with on-call duties.
• Care for approximately 30 outpatient and 10 inpatient patients daily.
• Work in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Provide second call/backup support, with certified nurse midwives handling first call.
• Address high-risk pregnancy conditions, including PIH and HELLP syndrome.
• Cover vacation periods as needed.
• Average of 5 deliveries per physician each week.
